• Traklogg Systems strives for 100% customer satisfaction and offers a 30-day money back guarantee of Traklogg - Automatic Mileage Recorder.


• Customer needs to apply for the refund within 30 days from date of purchase.


• To request a refund, an e-mail should be sent to returns@traklogg.com that includes customer contact information: name, address, and phone number along with the product serial number and reason for the return.


• A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be issued. You must return the product within 5 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA number including your original purchase receipt. Customer shall bear the return shipping costs. See NOTE below.


• All products must be sent in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration originally shipped with the product. Shipping fees are non refundable.


• Refunds will be arranged with the condition that the returned unit is in both proper working order and good physical condition (free from scratches, cracks, and/or other types of physical damage). Refunds will be made through the Internet payment gateway or by wire transfer.


• Money back guarantee applies only to properly working units; units that have become non-functional due to misuse, abuse and/or other factors within customers' control are not eligible for the money back guarantee.

NOTE: Traklogg Systems recommends that customers use a carrier that (1) offers shipment tracking, and (2) insures your package for the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is not safely returned to Traklogg Systems.

If you choose not to use a carrier that (1) offers tracking, and (2) insures the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
